GarageBand to iMovie

Maybe I'm missing something, but I haven't found a way to take a file I've made in GarageBand and put in something I'm working on in iMovie..I know I can do it once I've done a sync to iTunes, but I'm wondering if there is another way. I've been creating several videos on the iPad and wanted to use GarageBand while on the fly. Any help anyone can provide is much appreciated!

It's not possible to do it all on the iPad. I know, it's ridiculous.

Ah, that's too bad! I kind of figured that was the case..hopefully they will do something about this in a future update!
