I am stumped.
I am trying to merge several tracks together IN garageband, because I had about 25 separate tracks, and ended up needing to delete the first 50 secs of all of them- thus, I have 50 seconds of NO SOUND when if I send it to itunes.

It's impossible for me to shift all the tracks over and have them stay in synch (to my knowledge.)

How can I either:
1) Merge all the tracks WITHOUT EXPORTING THEM.
2) Synch all the tracks, so when I shift one, the others shift with it.

HELP PLEASE!
I'm trying to make a CD for my family for Christmas, and I don't want them to have to fast forward through the first 50 secs to get to the song.

If there aren't any automations, you should be able to shift all the regions without troubles. Just select them all at once before moving them.

Much easier, export the track. Make a new garageband project, import the track. Cut the first 50 secs off and move the rest of the song back and re-export the whole shabang.
