Garageband Will Not Empty From Trash

Hey guys,

I wanted to free up some space on my hard drive, so I decided to delete Garageband. I deleted the app and the appropriate folders and everything deleted just fine, except for the actual app. I went into "Get Info" and made sure it was unlocked and set everything to "Read & Write," yet it still gives me the error message.

Any ideas?
