Has anybody attempted this combination?

I'm using MFP with my vivosmart and I'm getting no sharing between the two. Calories in aren't syncing to Connect from MFP and no steps from Connect to MFP.

I've searched the Garmin forums and there were a lot of people having issues but the latest post was earlier this year and the Garmin rep said they were working on it. I think the last resort will be calling Garmin but I thought I'd check here first.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice.
