GBA and Genesis emulators: cant get roms to download

When I try in download the roms for either of these it will download about 1-2mb then say complete. I restart the download, it resumes from the point it was at, then will say complete again after another 1-2mb download. After doing this a few times it will says something about m5checksum invalid.

This is a 1st gen iPhone with 2.2 running.
