This is on a 2.2 i7 (2011), I just upgraded the ram with two Kingston KTA-MB1333/4G... so why the hell is this? is it a glitch? I remember getting consistent scored no matter what power source was the mbp using...

MBPs usually switch to intel graphics when on battery so as to save power. Perhaps the GPU wasn't running during these tests?
 
Actually it sounds like the MBP is under-clocking itself on battery to keep down heat and raise battery life. It's not uncommon in notebooks. Gamers tend to notice it more as it ends up resulting in lower FPS.
