I'm not quite sure what to think, but my scores seem to be consistently low. I get in the 11,xxx range but nothing in the 12,xxx range. Any ideas? My cMBP (On the right) should be nearly identical. I see a lot of these same cMBPs in the 12,xxx range.

EDIT: Back in the 11,xxx range after ensuring system was idle.

Could it be the memory? Perhaps putting the original 8GB back in would be a good test. This is what I'm running...

Well, I think I got it as good as it's going to get, any difference now is likely just a small anomaly due to OS differences (kexts, background processes, etc). I reset the SMC and NVRAM, which may have been needed for a different oddity I have been experiencing at random. I was getting some weird behavior when waking from sleep now and then where it would go back to sleep about 10-15 seconds after waking up and me logging back in. Apparently, resetting the SMC may help with the unexpected sleep and such.

Anyway, after resetting both the SMC and NVRAM I was able to get a little over 11900 with Geekbench which seems to be more than acceptable based on average and max scores. I'm satisfied with this and don't feel the need to find out why I can't get a higher score. :D
