Hi

I have recently installed GeekTool and am finding it a very cool tool but for some reason it just will not load upon startup/login of my machine. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Within the GeekTool pref pane 'enable' is selected, GeekTool is in my login items and is checked yet it still will not load upon login.

Help?

Cheers folks

For those who experience the same issue as me, solved:

Run Geektool at startup
Adding the Geektool pref pane to the login items was giving me very inconsistent results. This simple tip is a sure shot:
- create the following AppleScript one-liner and save it as an application

tell application "Geektool" to activate
- add the application to your login items
