So I'm trying to get Geektool to display a simple text file through a shell script. Yes I know there's a feature to display a text file, but it only changes when you add lines, from what I see. Annoying. I want a constant refresh rate, offered by the shell scripts.

Problem is--I don't know how do make a shell script. So if someone could help me, or make one for me, It'd be appreciated. I'm not too great at the command line, and don't use it all that much, so I'm not too eager to learn it, but if someone wouldn't mind throwing together a script for me, I'd love it.
