One of my friends uses RainMeter to display a 3D rotating image on his desktop. He has it cycle through about 900 images in a few seconds. I was trying to replicate this with GeekTool. The problem I'm having is that I can't seem to get GeekTool to cycle that fast. Only 1 update per second max. Is there any was I can fix this? Oh, and .gif's don't seem to be animated when shown through GeekTool. If anyone could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated.
