GeForce 320M- Warranty Related Fix?

Hi. I've been experiencing this quite a bit ever since upgrading to Lion on my mid-2010 MacBook Pro 13" (2.4GHz) with a GeForce 320M. Mainly, I've been seeing this in Safari, Firefox, and every now and then an app or two.

Searching MacRumors to see if anyone else has this problem, I see many facing issues with the GeForce 8600, but I haven't seen any people have issues with the 320M.

My MBP is covered under AppleCare until 2013, so I don't have to worry about paying for the repair.

When I eventually get my MBP fixed, how long should I take? I use my MBP at school: it functions as my textbooks, notebooks, etc. and then I use it for Indoor Percussion.

I had that problem on my old MacBook Pro and I'm 99% sure it was due to lion. After doing a clean install the problem went away. It seemed to be a safari related issue for me at least.
