GeForce Game Ready Driver on Bootcamp?

I am prompted to install a new GeForce Game Ready Driver (version 347.09) on my Bootcamp partition. I am running Windows 8.1 Pro on MacBook Pro 15" mid 2012. The Bootcamp version is 5.1.



Is this safe?

Very safe. After all, NVIDIA chips are still NVIDIA chips, even if it's in a Mac.

I've always used NVIDIA GameReady drivers for all my NVIDIA-equipped Macs.
