General Iphone 5 Unlocked From ATT Question

I have an Iphone 5 that att unlocked. My sister uses Verizon, and I'd like to give her the phone. I undertand Verizon can work on ATT, but can ATT work on the Verizon network with no problem? I hear mixed answers, when searching the forum. Thanks!

The unlocked AT&T iphone 6 and 6s will work on verizon.
5 and 5S will only work on gsm carriers when unlocked.
Not verizon or sprint.
Tmobile and any gsm carrier in the US with that unlocked iphone 5 though.
