Heyy there
I have an iphone4s on O2.
i got my Iphone 4S in april and in August i started to have signal problems (as in not having signal in where I used to).On some days, I have no signal in Hull (where I live) and on others i have 3 bars (i never have more than 3 bars). About 4 weeks ago, my silent switch became sticky (I can switch between volume and silent but the switch does not click and is hard to move)
I took it to the Carphone Warehouse (where I bought the iphone because there is not an Apple store near me) and they said that it was water damaged. I have no idea how this could have happened as it has never has anything spilt on it or dropped it any where wet. They claim that this is causing ALL my phone problems.
They said the water would cause the switch to be sticky but I have not spilt anything on it. Are they tell the truth to get my money or shall I take it to n Apple store?
Thankyou
