Hi All,
luckily i've not used apple warranty yet.

I'm wondering about a *part* replacement process.

In the specific, when it comes to change the keyboard i know that they have to do a bit of work. In your experience, the fragile part as the screen, the chassis, etc... are at risk or usually at apple pay attention to this?

I do not want to send a machine with a faulty keyboard but a perfect screen with no scratches / chassis and having back a great keyboard but some sctrach/chip somewhere.

Thank you guys!

If you need to send it in, just take some pictures and tell the apple rep taking the laptop there is no scratches or imperfections. Then when you get it back, examine and if there is, have them fix it
