do just Bring the original chargers for iPhone, iPad and watch and takes turns charging?

I am looking for the most efficient way to keep everything charged and ready to use with out having to Bring all sorts of power bricks and cables.

I generally travel with a Satechi 66W 3-port USB-C charger: https://satechi.net/products/66w-usb-c-3-port-gan-wall-charger?variant=39480767283288

It works well to charge my phone, watch, and iPad or laptop although I wish it took a longer power cord the way Apple’s laptop chargers do.
Carrying individual chargers for everything would be a hassle and a lot of extra weight.

Are lightning cables USB C to Lightning? If so you can just bring your Mac charger (USB c to USB c) and bring a handful of USB c to lightning cables, maybe an extra small wall charger for an iPhone/ipad, and one extra wall charger for a watch charger.

Skip the wall charger(s), and pick up a multi-port desktop charger. Or two.

Some lodging, particularly if it's a vacation rental, may not have many free, or convenient outlets, making a large wall brick a potential hassle to use.

A desktop charger needs only a single power cord, with a small plug that is easier to squeeze in a confined space, is much less likely to fall out of a loose, or worn outlet, as well as relieving the need to carry multiple longer individual cables to reach the ports on a wall brick. With overseas travel, and the addition of a plug adapter, the advantage grows even larger.

Wall bricks and their ports are captive to wherever an outlet is located. A desktop charger can be located where you find it most convenient.

All of this applies both home or away.
