Near a kebab shop.....
Hi

I'm into old computers, personally I am yet to own an old Mac. I am working on that. But I have a general collection of non Apple systems. I have an Atari 1040STFM and an Atari STE. A Commodore Amiga 500. A ZX Spectrum Plus 2. And a Commodore 64. All working. Recently I have been playing on both the Atari ST, and the C64. Also did a little bit of writing on the ST. Here are some photos. Do you collect? What have you got?

Check out the 8-bit guy

I've been aching to collect, build, and/or use a IBM PC 5150. I almost got one on facebook marketplace. A fairly clean IBM PC, and its monochrome monitor. I almost pulled the trigger but as I was asking my questions that it was the CPU only, he had the entire system pictured, keyboard, monitor but the for sale was not completely clear it was just the cpu. It was a tad expensive just for that, so I moved on

Thanks for this. I thought I was following the 8 bit guy, but turns out I wasn't. So just corrected that. Were there any specific games you were looking to use the 5150 for?

Nothing specific, though I remember playing Microsoft adventure and flight simulator. Its more about nostalgia then anything else.

I can understand. I've run out of space here to set up another system long term. I have thought about getting an old PC for gaming. But it's not as important to me as the systems I have currently.
