General Settings after Jailbreak??? Help

Hi so I recently jailbroke my iphone (couple of weeks ago). Recently when I have wanted to see my usage time i tap settings, that works, then I tap general and then it goes back to my springboard. It keeps doing this. How do I fix this? I have only noticed this happening only for the general tab. Every other one I tap works.

Also whenever you use winterboard, is your usage time supposed to reset itself and say it will only record or whatever once you fully charge?

Edit*( Is it something to do with SBSettings? cause I was just fooling around with it and then went back to general settings and it worked. Is there a glitch somewhere with it?)*
