Generic icons showing in tray

Is anyone else getting generic icons in their tray? (see the attached pdf) The two that are showing are Safari and App Store. It is happening on two of my iMacs.

I am using Office 365 and suspect it may have to do with one of their updates.

Any help would be appreciated!

Happened to me a few days ago on my MacBookPro6.2, but with diffrent apps. The problem fixed itself for me after an failed attempt of a disk check and a reboot. I do not have office 365 installed on my system, but I do have office 2016 installed.
