ok.. so i have an appointment todayat 915am.. but i noticed the store doesn't open until 11am... um.. is there something wrong here?

The Regent Street store in London have appointments before the store is open (I know: I've had one). Security let you in early and you have to go to the bar only: not wonder round the rest of the empty store treating it like a private shopping trip.
ok, so there might be a SMALL chance something like this would happen? cause I got proof I was set for 9:15.. lol
Do you have limited shopping hours on a Sunday or something? In which case they might open the genius bar early at 9am or something..
It's standard at Regent Steet: Store opens at 10am but there are Genius Bar appointments from 9am iirc.
