Geographic info in Recent calls list

I've read, and seen screenshots, of a feature in 3.0 that will list the city/area name underneath a phone number in your Recent call list, if the number isn't in your contacts.

I have a 3G S running 3.0 and this feature doesn't appear at all.

I'm in the UK. Is it US only?
