George Schultz Dies at Age 100

George P. Schultz, former Secretary of State and Secretary of the Treasury and Security of Labor died today at age 100. He lived a great life and was a world class statesman. He was a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1989. He helped make the world a safer and better place. Your country thanks you for your public service. Rest in peace.

I am sorry to learn of the death of George Schultz, an impressive, measured, moderate, informed and able statesman, and a decent human being, by all accounts.
