Hello.

Im going to be taking my 3GS to Europe (i live in US).

Obviously I don't want to come home to a large(er) bill, but I do want to be able to use the camera (and Hipstamatic App), and be able to geotag these photos.

I've heard conflicting reports, about weather or not turning off both data roaming + cell roaming will allow such geotagging, and not cost me with data usage.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks

Geotagging doesn't use data, it uses GPS.

Keep your roaming data turned off and you'll be good.
