Hi,

just bought a new MacBook Pro (US version) and I'm wondering if there is a way to install a german dictionary in addition to the pre-installed two?

Appreciate your help!

Albert

Go to any program that has Spelling under the Edit Menu. Select Spelling... A Dialog box will appear. In the lower left there is a pop-down menu. It says English in your case. Go up one to Deutsch. The change is system wide.

I found new dictionaries for mac os

On the site penreader.com you can choose your mac os software and find new german dictionaries even Pons ones. I liked the apps.
