german english dictionary?

hi all-

i'm looking for a good, complete german-english dictionary for an english speaking person who already speaks pretty good german. it should have idiomatic usages and figures of speech, etc.

research tells me that the one by PONS for $25 may be the best, but i wanted to check with people who might have experience using them.

I can't tell about Pons (which is really good, I own the book dictionary) but I use dict.cc a lot. It's a big app but it also works offline and finds every word I've been looking for so far.
