Gestureize VLC, when an application is Activated

I want to "gestureize" my VLC with my Magic Trackpad, with Better touch tool!

The problem is, when I want to change song, I need to have VLC activated. I want to be in Firefox (for exemple) and change song, not activate VLC.

Is there anyway to do that? Been looking at most of the settings, but cant find anything suitable
