I currently have the 3G and aT&T told me I can't get 4 until Oct 2011. i tried asking for early upgrade but they're trying to charge me $399 anyway. I'm sure i don't have to mention that my 3G is on 4.1, and i'm tired of waiting for 4.2 when i can just get the 4. Do anyone know where i can get 4 without at&t?
