You might already be aware, I wanted to mention it just in case:

The Apple Watch SE doesn’t have ECG. It monitors heart rate and irregular rhythm (so you are okay there), but if you were looking for ECG as well, the SE lacks that feature.

Fall detection is fine though. The SE includes that feature.

Fantastic price for the Watch SE. Lack of always on display is the only reason why I would not be buying one of these. Hope Apple brings always on to the SE models in the future.

I have a SE Gen 1 and also a Series 8.
I thought that the SE won’t receive any more updates?
Why should I buy a SE now?
Or am i missing something?

The SE 2022 (gen 2) is eligible for upgrade to WatchOS 11. I think $149 is a pretty good deal. Check Walmart too.
