Greetings,

As you'll probably know, Apple redesigned the iTunes store in iTunes 9. A few months ago, they switched off the old iTunes store interface. This means that my old G3 iMac can no longer use the iTunes store, now all I get is "Update to iTunes 10 - see what you're missing". One side effect of this is that I can't get album artwork any more. Right-clicking an album and choosing 'Get Artwork' always says that it can't get artwork.

Does anyone have a workaround, such as a reliable iTunes organiser or something similar? I know the Banshee music player can pull its artwork from Amazon, so there must be some alternative.

Any ideas?

Never mind, solved it.

The solution is to use this script on my newer Mac's iTunes library to embed the artwork in the ID3 tag, then copy it across to the G3 iMac again.
