Get back into Apple Intelligence set up?

I was going through the Apple Intelligence setup wizard on iOS 18.2 and it crashed. I can’t get it back and the features did not get enabled.

I’ve tried various combinations of restarting the phone and turning the Apple Intelligence toggle on and off but no luck.

Anyone figured out how to get that setup process back?
