This has to be the funniest real news report about a politician in a long time.

Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Russia-EU summit in which he urged a Western reporter asking about the war in Chechnya to come to Moscow and "get circumcised".

To me, that sounds he's offering to do a little more than the typical circumcision.

Sounds like he's offering to castrate the man for free.
