Get earlier evernote version from time machine?

I goofed and updated evernote on my 3 yr old ipod touch running version 3.1.3.
it now longer works on my ipod touch. I removed it and reloaded it. No other version of evernote is in my mobile apps folder.

Cld i get it from time machine on my mac running snow leopard?
if yes, cld someone please tell me how to do it?

i haven't updated my touch because they told me in the apple store it wldmake my touch run too slow.
