get email if new software is installed

Hi all,

I have a couple Macs to watch over them, which I cannot manage with remote control. I don´t get any VPN access to these devices. So I want to install a software in each mac, which sends me a email if
- a new software is installed
- a software is updated
- any system preferences are confided or changed
