Get Info Does Not Match Disk Utility

If I right click on a Mavericks MBP (10.9.2) "Macintosh HD" icon and select "Get Info", it reports about 80GB used.

Yet, and here's where it gets interesting, if I then go into Disk Utility on that same MBP, it says 120 GB used.

How could these two numbers be different and is this a cause for concern?

I ran DiskWarrior last weekend and the two numbers were briefly the same.

I haven't run anything else on that MBP since last weekend except for Cocktail's "Pilot" tasks with most enabled.

Confused as to what could be happening or if there could be some underlying SSD issue.

Look forward to any ideas.
