get info on multiple documents

on my old mac i highlight 5 files and get info it would pop up 1 window showing the total file size of them, however on my new mbp it pops up one window for each file.
does anyone know how/if i can change it to the other way?

Hold OPTION as you select Get Info and it'll change to Show Inspector.

There's a key marked Option/Alt on your keyboard. This is the one to hold down.

Control? Weird. You must be using a non-Apple keyboard.
