Don't know about Siri but if you install the repo below there is a tweak that installs the iPhone stock apps on your ipad, I'm running 6.1.2 and have it installed it also installs the NC widgets so you can have weather in the NC. I had a Siri port installed but it wasn't very good but the stock apps are great on ipad.

Lol no way to get Siri unless you upgrade/restore to new firmware that has it.

Jailbreak and install siri, or update. Siri isnt as useful as it seems if that's y u want it. It's good for just a few things.
