macOS Get labeled files & move to network share

I'm trying to create an action (ideally something that I can access by right clicking or something) that will move all of the files on my desktop with an orange label (named "Work") to a folder named by the current date on a network drive located at smb://osfiler01/jsheppard$. I have tried in Automator but I can't figure out how to select labeled files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
