Why do so many of you whine and complain about every single minor detail when it comes to every single new iPhone(s).
To the people who don't like the 5c, have you tried it yet? The plastic they used is much better than any other plastic phone i've ever had my hands on.
For the 5s its the S update, we all know it wasn't going to be a new design. We knew from all the leaks what was coming but some of you seem to be expecting a holy grail or something.
Just enjoy the new iPhones ;)
 
5s was a major spec upgrade IMO. Not just a CPU. Internals completely overhauled.

Go somewhere else.
 
Don't bash the OP, he's just venting. I do it all the time. You don't like what he writes, don't respond. Not hard at all.

Because as babies are brains are hard-wired to cry to get what we want (be it be food, diaper change, coddling, etc).

Some members on the forum just haven't grown up to kick the habit yet ;)
 
i must be reading a different version of macrumors forums because except for a few isolated posts ive read mostly praise of the new phones. the rest are all questions and debates.



can someone show me where all this negativity the OP is talking about is?

There were TONS of negative posts and Apple-bashing blogs right after the 5S and 5C were announced but before they were released. The glowing reviews (from a majority of tech blogs and reviewers) came only after the product was released for general consumption. And the long lines in front of Apple Stores stunned the naysayers.

The OP is most likely referring to the pre-release negative/pessimistic sentiment that was rampant among macrumormongers.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, but the 5c is a pointless phone for me, most of the people are getting the 5s :)
