Get Quicksilver to Restart, Shutdown, Sleep Computer

Hey guys,
I cant seem to figure out how to get Quicksilver to Restart, Shutdown, and sleep computers.
It is enabled on one computer, but not the other. Is it a plugin? or a radio button I have to check off?
