iOS Get referenced folder's location on the Mac

In my Xcode project, there is a reference to a folder that is located elsewhere on my Mac. Now, I want to find that folder. The problem is that I can't find the folder in question in Finder. So, I want to find it using Xcode, or by looking at a file. How do I do that?
