Get rid of automatic yellow highlight text in Notes?

Hi,

When using Notes some text is automatic highlighted to yellow, why? Can this be turned off? I have a list of Instagram hashtags in Notes, some tags are yellow, random tags it looks like

I hate this too. If you go in through OSX, apparently you can right-click, and select to remove link. Then go in and change the font color. Haven't found a way to do it in iOS.

Can’t understand why not all hashtags are highlighted. This has no logic
