Get rid of data files associated with MP3s?

Ok here's my problem. I'm trying to put some music on my mom's LG Vu. I'm using a microSD card and a card reader, then just putting the card in the phone. It's reading the files fine, except for two things. The phone is also seeing those annoying ._(Songname) files. Even using Onyx and enabling "View Hidden Files" I can't see them in Finder for the life of me to just delete them. Is there any way to get rid of those on the microSD card or is that just how it's going to be if I use my mac to put music on it? Secondly, and it's probably a semi-related issue, it doesn't see the ID3 information on the files at all. Everything is Unkown artist and Unknown Album... It's rather irritating. I know a large part of the issue is the device in question, but my parents keep bugging me to get them on there sooo you know how it is.
