Get Rid Of Network Startup?

I often switch between OSX and Windows(bootcamp) and every time I restart there is an annoying lag while the Mac searches for networks to boot from. I don't ever intend on booting from a network.

I want rid of this completely is there a way to turn this off and have it only look for disks?
