I have a bootcamp partition with Windows 10 on it that I hardly ever use. I only keep it for some poorly coded job sites that will not work on any Mac browser because they require IE/Edge. I am not presently looking for a job, but its good to have Windows there just encase I need it. I have set aside 50GB for Windows 10. I am not sure if I should keep Windows or get rid of it. If I were to get rid of the bootcamp partition how would I do it? Cant trust everything you read on google as I have been fed very bad advice there several times. At work I use Windows 7, but soon they will be upgrading to Windows 10, perhaps its best just to use Windows there. Please advise.

If you want to remove a Windows partition that you created with Bootcamp, then your first step should be running Boot Camp assistant again. BCA will offer to remove the bootcamp partition, if one already exists.

If you get an error when you try to remove that bootcamp partition (pretty common), even using the bootcamp assistant --- the process is not perfect, particularly if you have upgraded your macOS system, or done ANY other kind of other partition work (adding another partition using Disk Utility, for example). The system will allow you to make those changes, but, more often than not, the partition structure that includes the boot camp partition, is modified, and the Boot Camp Assistant then might not recognize the boot camp partition as correct, and won't let you remove it the easy way through the BCA.
But, your best first step is to try BCA.

Best way to get full performance would be to take the backup and reset the Mac OS to factory settings by which it will completely remove bca and windows related.

Removing bootcamp has zero impact on performance. Please provide details removing bootcamp this way improves performance

I was thinking the same when I read that, but I haven't used BootCamp in a long time, so figured something may have changed.

I know, we're just talking about a partition consuming space, it has no impact on CPU cycles.

By emptying the partition table and vigorously shaking it (by hand!), you potentiate the bits, leaving only a weak memory of the debilitating effect of the original Windows tincture. In this way you strengthen macOS to its full performance potential and balance its aura.
