Get Smartphone Pair to display "Connect to Network"

Hello all,

I am trying to pair my Android Samsung Galaxy S with my mac so that a "Connect to Network" option shows.

Currently, its is paired but it only had options for sending files, and I cant figure out to get the mac to allow it to "Connect to Network" for tethering.

Any ideas?
