How will you use the computer? What software to you use most?

I haven't had a Mac before.
I just started college, changing careers.
Studying Computer Lan Security. That's an IT field, So not really sure what programs I will be using in the near future.

Don't do much now except a lot of research, youtube, email, office. I rip cd's a lot. etc..

Don't do much gaming, used to play everquest, might do that again during breaks. I'm not a big gamer but it would be nice to have that option if a new online game came out.

My recommendation still stands.

21" refurbs are already available, but you wont save much (if any) over the deal I posted (or any of the other deals at MC)
