iPhone 13 Pro Max Gets super hot whenever browsing this forum

Anyone else noticed this. I have no heating problem in any app or any other website but as soon as I open this forums it gets hot really fast. This happens every single time I come here.
Any ideas?

Why don't people ever search these forums... I've been using AdGuard (the free version) for such a long time I forget I have it installed. It doesn't affect the battery life at all, it blocks all ads in Safari (I use the same app on my iMac as well) and it never makes the phone hot while browsing these forums nor any other site. It really couldn't be any simpler...
