Getting a 2nd MBP; Payment issues

Well, this is a surprise.
I have found a need for a 2nd 15" MBP, but the issue now is: I have an international card, but I'm a US resident. This card has a foreign address, so it won't work on Apple and MacMall's website.
I really need a 15" MBP with Hi-Res, so does anyone know where I can get a Hi-res 15" MBP brand-new? I contacted 5th Avenue and they said they don't have 'em at retail, so I'm assuming all Apple retail stores don't have them.

Scottsdale quarter apple store stocks them...but it's a build out...not just 2.2 with high res...I think it's only $100 less than the 17"

I think most Apple stores stock the 15" 2.3 GHz, anti glare hi-res screen...
