Getting a list of references/citations on to a document

I have a thesis due in two days. i have a macbook and have used its referencing tools constantly (APA style). My in-text references/citations are fine but how then do i then get all the references into a list to put at the end of my thesis?

They are all there in the toolbox citations but i want them out of there and on to my page.

I really dont want to renter them all into endnote... Help.... Please.
