Getting a new sim?

Anyone know where I can get a blank sim that I can activate an iPhone with? Can I go to AT&T and ask for one?

(Although the answer may be somewhere in this forum, I figured I'd ask a question not related to the iPhone 4)

As far as I know, yes you can. I've done it before and there MAY be a charge for it, but you may be lucky and they'll just give it to you.
